United States Shipping Only

Currently, we only produce and ship orders to addresses within the United States.

Order Process & Total Delivery Time

The total estimated time for you to receive your order is 8 to 13 business days. This timeframe is calculated using the following formula:

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

  • Production Time: All our products are printed on demand. The time to produce your order is 2-5 business days (Monday - Friday).
  • Shipping Time: After production, your order will be shipped via carriers such as USPS or UPS, which takes 6-8 business days.

During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), these times may be extended. We will post specific notices on our website during these periods.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Our fees are all-inclusive, covering the carrier's shipping cost and a handling fee to ensure your order is protected against damage or loss during transit. This rate is final and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey. Tracking information will become active within 24-48 hours.

Shipping Issue Resolution

  • For issues related to product quality (damaged, defective, or incorrect items): Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for detailed instructions.
  • Lost in Transit: If tracking information indicates that your package was lost by the carrier, we will take full responsibility and reship a new order to you at no cost.
  • Package Marked as "Delivered" but Not Received: If the tracking system shows your package was successfully delivered to your address but you have not received it, please first check the surrounding area and with family members. Afterward, contact us so we can assist you with the necessary steps to work with the shipping carrier.
