Important: Print-on-Demand (POD) Product Notice

Every product at Hakatee is custom-printed specifically for each customer's order. Due to this personalized nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong design, or changing your mind.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review the size chart available on each product page and double-check your order before finalizing your purchase.

1. Cases Covered by Our 100% Guarantee

We take full responsibility and will provide a free-of-charge resolution if your order has any of the following issues, reported within 30 days of the delivery date:

  • Defective Product: The item is torn, stained, or has a manufacturing flaw.
  • Poor Print Quality: The printed image is blurry, peeling, or has a significant color deviation.
  • Incorrect Item Sent: You received a different product, size, or color than what you ordered.

Our Solution: We will promptly send you a free replacement or issue a 100% full refund, at your discretion.

  • No Return Necessary: For the issues listed above, you do not need to go through the hassle or expense of returning the faulty item.

2. How to Request Support

If you experience one of the issues described in Section 1, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Support Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".
  • Step 2: In the email, briefly describe the issue and state whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund.
  • Step 3: Attach a clear photo or video showing the defect on the product and the shipping label. This is a mandatory step for us to verify and process your request quickly.

We will respond and resolve your request within 48 business hours.

3. Policy Exceptions

  • Incorrect Shipping Address: We are not liable for orders that are lost or returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Packages Lost or Stolen After Delivery: Our responsibility ends once the tracking system confirms a successful delivery to your address. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen post-delivery.
